Mahogani Vishwa Agro Limited (MVAL), incorporated on January 25, 2019 as “Mahogani Vishwa Agro Private Limited. MVAL was started with an intent to create a stable sustainable income source for the farmers across the nation who is solely dependent on traditional subsistence driven farming.
‘Mahogani’ word is derived from ‘Mahogany’ (Swietenia macrophylla) a tree native to tropical America, Mexico and South America, very well adapted to India edapho-climatic conditions. It was first introduced from Jamaica in India at Royal Botanical Garden, Kolkata, West Bengal in the year 1872.
Since its incorporation, MVAL with a team of more than 200+ trained professional has expanded its footprint across 5 states in India and touched the lives of more than 14 thousand individuals so far with managed plantation of 3.15 million Swietenia macrophylla.
Our ideology revolves around developing long-term agrosilvicultural models that provide stable alternative to subsistence farming in an efficient and equitable manner.
MVAL is 100% subsidiary of subsidiary of MITCON Nature Based Solutions Limited, which in turn is Joint Venture Company of MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services Limited.
